Taylor-Fladgate Ruby Port – Portugal - $5

Deep raisin, raspberry and anise waft from this kosher Port from Taylor-Fladgate.

 

Taylor-Fladgate 10 Year Old Tawny Port – Portugal - $8

A refined and subtle Port.  Outstanding.  Lovely aromas of caramel and egg custard with a hint of toffee.  Medium-bodied, with a light sweetness and a refined, clean finish.  Tastes older than 10 years.

 

Dow’s 20 Year Old Tawny Port – Portugal - $13

Old and new, with a sweet and sour nose with nuts and fruitcake. 

Full-bodied, with a sweet and ripe fruit with a candied fruit and toffee character on the finish

 and just a hint of nuts.

 

Ramos Pinto 30 Year Old Port – Portugal – $20

Fabulous finish and plenty of walnut and toffee character. Full-bodied and incredibly sweet,

offering a burnt orange, nut flavor. A delicious old wine!

 

Hunt Country Vidal Ice Wine - Keuka Lake, New York – $14

This lusciously sweet wine fills the mouth with flavors of apricot, plum, raisin and honey,

with a crisp finish of pineapple.

 

Hidalgo “Panesa” Fino Sherry – Spain - $6

This refreshing fino is made from 100% Palomino, the wine is elegant and bone-dry on the palate, yet the finish lingers on.  This wine is meant to be served very-well chilled,

pairs perfectly with classic tapas or can be used an aperitif.

 

Osborne Balien Oloroso Sherry – Spain - $7

Medium amber in color with nutty, toffee and butterscotch aromas and flavors which are just off-dry.

This sophisticated drink would make an excellent digestif.

Santa Julia Tardio – Mendoza, Argentina - $5

Fashioned from late harvested Torrontes. Sporting 140 grams of residual sugar per liter,

this candied apple and apricot-scented wine is extremely well-balanced,

fresh, and light to medium-bodied.

Its white peach, yellow plum, and apricot flavors linger in its appealing finish. 

Highly recommended!

 

Chateau Les Tuileries Sauternes 2005 – Bordeaux, France - $8

95% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. 

Each grape from this stellar vintage was hand-picked and aged in oak barrels. 

Shows a complex nose of white flowers, lemon and honey,

with fruity flavors and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. 

A wonderfully sweet aperitif or pairing to cheeses and fruit based desserts.
